If you are interested in one of our chicken tractors and you are from Western Australia then we need to discuss freight.
I’m not going to beat around the bush – freight to Western Australia is expensive if we are talking about big packages which are nearly 1/2 cubic metre and weigh up to 200kgs.
The main two places where I can get reasonable freight is Perth Metro and Broome. Of course, I can arrange delivery to any town in WA, but since freight prices vary daily I dont want to commit myself to any particular freight price without chatting to you first.
Therefore I am only putting Perth and Broome on the map below, but if you live anywhere else in the State send an email my way (with your address and product selection) and I will give you the best freight quote I can.
Assuming you decide to use the option outlined above (collection from a depot), this is the procedure.
- I will freight the chicken coop Western Australia bound at a time that suits both of us, usually 24-48 hours after your order.
- The freight company will be provided with your mobile number and asked to call you once the shipment arrives.
- You should receive a call from the freight company about 1 week after despatch to Perth, and an extra few days for Broome.
- Please make sure that you have a tray back ute or a trailer when you arrive to collect the shipment.
IN PERTH, I can arrange home delivery from the depot using a local contractor at about $60 from the depot to your door if you live within 4o minutes drive of the depot. I cannot arrange home delivery from any of the other WA depots.
Please note, we can always arrange delivery to a business or factory address which has unloading facilities. Therefore, if you cannot collect your order from a depot, but you have a relative who works at a business which regularly unloads trucks, ask us for a freight quote to that location.
