Once you decide to order a chicken coop Brisbane and Queensland residents have several freight options.
Some local home delivery
We offer home delivery in some areas of Queensland. If you live within 40 minutes drive of Pinkenba (4008), or 20 minutes drive from either Ipswich (4305), Caloundra (4551), Arundel (4214) or Caboolture (4510) then we can deliver any chicken tractor to you for $99 to door.
It is cheaper if you collect from a depot
Now home delivery is wonderful, but if you have a trailer or ute why not collect your purchase from one of our freight depots? This is usually the simplest, easiest and cheapest option. On the map below please click on the closest blue marker to where you live and the current freight charges for each model will be shown.
If you decide to use the option outlined above (collection from one of the depots), this is the procedure.
- I will freight the chicken tractor at a time that suits both of us, usually 24-48 hours after your order.
- The freight company will be provided with your mobile number and asked to call you once the shipment arrives.
- You should receive a call from the freight company 1-2 days after despatch, up to 4 business days for Cairns.
- Please make sure that you have a tray back ute or a trailer when you arrive to collect the shipment.
For almost all the depots listed on the map, I can arrange freight from the depot to a factory nominted by you PROVIDED that the receiving location has a forklift AND it is located in the metro zone surrounding the depot. This factory delivery option is approximately an extra 50% of the Sydney to your depot freight charge. The freight company defines the metro region as it sees fit, so if you want to know if you are in the metro region for a particular depot please call me prior to ordering.
Please note, we can also arrange delivery to any business or factory address which has unloading facilities. Therefore, if you cannot collect your order from a depot, but you have a relative who works at a business which regularly unloads trucks, ask us for a freight quote to that location. If you are a farmer the local rural merchandise store will probably accept the delivery for you.
